Mr Paul Ogilvie – Managing Director of Estilo Group

PAUL OGILVIE is a qualified electrician who used this trade as a steppingstone in starting up businesses over 45 years in construction and property development. Paul has developed caravan parks, medical centres, commercial centres, rural, special rural and large residential subdivisions, large multi storey apartment complexes such as Sails and Spinnaker Apartments in Rockingham and Ocean View and Ocean Edge Apartments in South Beach WA demonstrating his wealth of experience in all facets of development. Paul’s expertise in end to end project delivery of innovative and cost-effective ideas drove him to explore unitised construction methods in 2011, starting a long journey throughout China in the design and delivery methods of modular construction. Having completed a successful “proof of concept” project in Rockingham, the Group is developing/consulting on projects across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Vanuatu.
Paul can complete property development processes from site identification, project feasibility, planning approvals, construction method and delivery to sale of the final product.
Paul is involved in the entire property development process from site identification through to project feasibility, planning approvals, sales, construction method and delivery of the final product. Paul was also the driving force behind the achievement of Development Approvals for the proposed Port Rockingham Marina. This approval process took 9-years.
Part of the approval process for the Port Rockingham Marina included a “Public Environmental Process” and has gained the highest environmental process.
The $50,000,000 project now has State Government Planning approval and is going through the Building Licence phase with construction expected to start in the middle of 2019.
Paul served 4 years as a Councillor at the City of Rockingham and 11 years on the Rockingham & Kwinana Chamber of Commerce, 5 years as President, and is now a life member.
David Lilwall – Chief Financial Officer
David has over 20 years experience as a management consultant. David has a Bachelor of Business degree and specialises in financial management, restructuring, accounting and strategic business analysis. A graduate at the Curtin University School of Business, majoring in Financial Management and Economics, David’s financial control experience in industries as diverse as engineering, resources services, property, hospitality and the finance sector makes him a versatile member of the team.
David’s strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, coupled with his excellent communication and people skills, gives him the necessary background to communicate and formulate plans for debt and equity fund raising with financiers and investors alike to ensure the growth and success of each property project.

Ian Duperouzel – Sales Manager
Ian is an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager having represented several Australia’s leading power product manufacturers and distributors as Branch and Territory Manager covering Western Australia and the Northern Territory. He has owned and operated both wholesale and retail outlets.
Ian has managed sales distribution outlets overseeing sales, marketing and promotional campaigns. Ian’s broad sales and marketing experience encompasses areas from car park sales, to negotiating State-wide Television campaigns and the co-ordination and rollout of national advertising campaigns. He has also been President of the Trade Centre and Executive Committee member of the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce.
Ian has been extensively involved in the initial set up of the Modular building design concepts from a marketing and selling viewpoint.

Mr Alf Pelliccione – Board Member
Alfonso Pelliccione is the Managing Director of the Ampac Group of Companies with an annual turnover exceeding $50M per annum.
Ampac Group of companies consists of Ampac Technologies Pty Ltd, Ampac Developments Pty Ltd and Ampac Safety Pty Ltd.
Ampac Technologies has been in operation for over 30 years and is the largest independently owned Australian company involved in design, manufacture and distribution of fire detection and emergency warning systems with wholly owned subsidiaries in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Ampac Safety Pty Ltd is a distributor of passive fire extinguishing products.
Ampac Developments Pty Ltd is a company that operates outside the mainstream “Ampac” business model dealing in property and investments.
Alfonso is a major shareholder in Valx Pty Ltd which in turn is the majority shareholder within the Estilo Group.
Alfonso is also a current board member of the Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPA) and represents FPA Australia via technical committee TAC2 on the Australian Standards FP-002 committee.
Clifford E. Olson- Chief Executive Officer Estilo Hotel Management
Area of Responsibility: Hotel
Cliff has over 35 years in the hospitality industry, with general management and corporate roles in mainstream hotel chains such as Sheraton Hotels, Southern Pacific Hotels, Best Western and Outrigger Hotels in 8 different countries. At Outrigger Hotels, his role was Vice President of Operations in the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand where he was instrumental in hotel openings and operating the company’s expanding portfolio. He has since held roles with AHS Hospitality, managing 55 hotel contracts in four Australian States, and most recently as Managing Director for Ishin Hotels in Japan, overseeing a 1,000-room portfolio including the Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport.
Cliff has lived and held senior positions in Canada, USA, Australia, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Zealand, Guam and Japan. In addition, he has opened and operated hotels in Bali and Micronesia.

Rob Lyons – Chief Operating Officer
Rob has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, construction, administration and is a qualified cabinet maker.
He was for eight years a production manager for a large furniture manufacturer, before establishing his own carpentry and cabinet business.
This enterprise entailed Rob being involved and responsible in all facets of the business for sales, quoting, manufacturing, production and administration. The business initially concentrated on work in the private sector and as the operation grew, expanded into larger commercial and high-rise projects for builders and developers.
In 2011 Rob restructured the operations of the business into a supplier, manufacturer of prefabricated modular building units and products.
Rob has directly contributed to the development of the modular building system used by Estilo in houses, multi storey apartments, hotels and prisons.
Rob is responsible for all facets of procurement as well as the factory production, manufacturing and delivery for each development.
